LM1117 3.3V Low Dropout Voltage Regulator IC (LD33V IC)
The LM1117 3.3V (also known as LD33V) is a low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator designed to provide a stable 3.3V output from a higher input voltage. It can deliver up to 800mA to 1A output current (depending on package and thermal conditions), making it ideal for microcontrollers, digital logic circuits, sensors, and communication modules.
The LM1117 features low dropout voltage, good line and load regulation, and includes internal current limiting and thermal shutdown protection for safe and reliable operation. It requires only two external capacitors, making it simple to use in compact PCB designs.
