The HCNW4506 is a high-speed, high-isolation optocoupler designed specifically for interfacing microcontrollers with Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs) and MOSFET/IGBT gate driver circuits.
It features an infrared LED input and a high-performance integrated detector that provides high CMR (Common-Mode Rejection) and fast switching needed for modern power electronics.

Its SMD package ensures compact board design and is optimized for high-volume automated assembly.
The device is ideal for systems requiring robust isolation, noise immunity, and reliable high-speed digital signal transfer.
