PS2801-4 NEC/CEL Transistor Output Optocoupler SMD SOP 16 Package
The PS2801-4 is a quad-channel optocoupler consisting of four independent infrared LEDs and four phototransistor output stages integrated in a compact SOP-16 SMD package.
It provides reliable electrical isolation between input and output circuits, making it suitable for digital interfacing, microcontroller protection, and signal level shifting.
With high CTR, low input current, and excellent noise immunity, it is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial control, and communication systems.
