IR2110 High and Low Side Driver IC SMD Package 

The IR2110 is a high-voltage high-side and low-side gate driver IC designed to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge and full-bridge power converter applications. It integrates two independent gate drivers—one for the high side and one for the low side—allowing efficient and reliable control of switching devices in high-power systems.

The device uses a bootstrap technique to power the high-side driver and supports fast switching with high peak gate drive current. With built-in protection features and logic-level compatible inputs, the IR2110 is well suited for motor drives, inverters, and switch-mode power supplies. The surface-mount (SMD) package enables compact and high-density PCB designs.
