TC4427 Power Mosfet Driver IC SMD Package
The TC4427 is a high-speed, dual MOSFET driver IC designed to provide efficient and reliable switching for both N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs. It features independent dual channels, each capable of sourcing and sinking up to 1.5A peak current, making it ideal for high-speed and high-current switching applications.
With low propagation delay, wide operating voltage range (4.5V to 18V), and CMOS/TTL logic compatibility, the TC4427 ensures precise control of MOSFET gates in demanding power management, motor control, and switching converter circuits. Packaged in a compact SMD package, it offers easy PCB integration and high efficiency in compact designs.
