The ES1J is a 600V, 1A ultrafast rectifier diode designed for high-frequency rectification in switch-mode power supplies, flyback converters, and snubber circuits.
With a reverse recovery time of ~35ns, it is much faster than standard rectifiers like 1N4007, making it ideal for modern high-efficiency designs.

It comes in a compact SMA / DO-214AC SMD package, suitable for surface-mount, space-constrained applications.
