MBR2045CT 45V 20A Schottky Rectifier (STPS2045CT)

The MBR20200CT is a high-current, high-voltage Schottky barrier rectifier designed for use in power supplies, inverters, battery chargers, and high-efficiency rectification stages. It consists of dual 10A Schottky diodes (20A total) in a TO-220AB package, commonly used either as a common-cathode rectifier or parallel-output diode for improved current handling.
Schottky technology provides low forward voltage drop, high efficiency, and fast switching, making this rectifier ideal for modern high-frequency power circuits.
