BT134 Triac 600V 4A SOT 82
The BT134 is a small-to-medium power bidirectional TRIAC designed for AC switching and phase control where space is limited. It has a 600 V repetitive peak off-state voltage and 4 A RMS on-state current rating, making it suitable for controlling low-to-moderate AC loads in consumer and industrial electronics. The device features four-quadrant gate triggering, allowing reliable triggering in all quadrants of the AC waveform. Its SOT-82 (TO-225AA) package provides a compact footprint for PCB mounting without a large heat sink.
