BTA06 600V 6A Triac

The BTA06 is a bidirectional AC switch (TRIAC) designed for low-to-medium-power AC control applications. With a 600 V repetitive peak off-state voltage and 6 A RMS on-state current rating, it is well-suited for controlling modest AC loads in both consumer electronics and industrial control circuits.
