Cash on Delivery Policy

?200 advance payment is required for cash on delivery orders.
Open box delivery option is currently unavailable.
Example – In cases where the total order value is 1380, the customer will have to pay an upfront payment of 200 before the product is dispatched, and the remaining balance will be 1180.
Advance payment will not be refunded if the customer rejects or does not accept the parcel when the delivery boy arrives at the customer’s location for delivery, We need to pay both side courier charges (forward & return) if customer not accepted COD order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are available for major pincodes throughout India.
Maximum acceptable COD order is ?9999.
We will not accept any further COD orders if the previous COD order has not been delivered or returned to us by the customer.
An additional fee of 100 +18% tax total 118 will be added to Cash on Delivery orders.
Customers are required to pay the balance immediately upon the delivery boy’s arrival at their address.
Without ?200 advance payment we will not dispatch Cash on delivery orders.
