The 15SQ045 is a high-current Schottky rectifier diode rated for 15A continuous forward current and 45V reverse voltage.
Schottky diodes are known for their very low forward voltage drop, high-speed switching, and high efficiency, making the 15SQ045 ideal for DC-DC converters, freewheeling, and output rectification in power supplies.
