This header strip is one of the most widely used interconnect components in electronics, offering modularity, flexibility, and ease of integration. The 2.54mm (0.1 inch) pin spacing conforms to industry standards, making it fully compatible with popular platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone, STM32, and other microcontroller boards.

Each header consists of 40 precision-molded metal pins organized in two parallel rows (2×20), offering stable signal and power connections. The right-angle configuration allows connections to be made parallel to the board’s surface—ideal for side-mounted connectors, stacked board designs, and compact enclosures.

The pins are made of high-conductivity brass or phosphor bronze, which provides low contact resistance, while the gold or tin plating ensures excellent corrosion resistance and reliable signal transmission over time. The thermoplastic housing, made of UL94V-0 flame-retardant material, withstands high soldering temperatures and mechanical stress, providing long service life and reliability.
