6N136 High Speed Optocoupler
The 6N136 is a high-speed optocoupler designed for fast digital data transmission and electrical isolation between two circuits. It contains an infrared LED and a photodetector with an open-collector output transistor, optimized to provide high-speed performance while maintaining strong isolation.
Compared to general-purpose optocouplers like 4N35/PC817, the 6N136 provides higher data rates (up to 10 Mbps), lower propagation delay, and better common-mode transient immunity (CMTI). It is also similar to the 6N135, but with a higher CTR (Current Transfer Ratio).
