Functional Description
The 74HC244 acts as a bus driver or buffer.
Each group of four buffers can be enabled or disabled independently via their respective enable pins (1OE and 2OE).
When an enable input (OE) is LOW, the corresponding outputs follow the inputs.
When OE is HIGH, the corresponding outputs go into a high-impedance (Hi-Z) state, effectively disconnecting them from the circuit (useful for bus sharing).
