The A316J is a high-performance phototransistor optocoupler designed for safe and efficient electrical isolation between input and output circuits. It integrates an infrared LED and a phototransistor detector inside a compact SMD (Surface-Mount) package, making it ideal for modern PCB designs where space-saving and reliability are essential.

- Integrated fail-safe IGBT protection – Desat (VCE) detection – Under Voltage Lock-Out protection (UVLO) with hysteresis
- User configurable: inverting, noninverting, auto-reset, auto-shutdown

- -40°C to +100°C operating temperature range
