Each of the four switches conducts analog signals equally well in both directions when ON and provides high isolation when OFF. The device features normally open (NO) switches, which close when the corresponding digital control input is high. The control logic is TTL/CMOS compatible, allowing direct interfacing with microcontrollers, DSPs, and logic circuits.
The ADG411 operates with dual ±15V supplies or single-supply operation (3V–30V) and ensures low distortion, low charge injection, and excellent channel-to-channel matcahing — ideal for data acquisition systems, sample-and-hold circuits, audio switching, and instrumentation.
- 44 V supply maximum ratings
- ±15 V analog signal range
- Low on resistance (< 35 ?)
- Ultralow power dissipation (35 ?W)
- Fast switching times – tON < 175 ns, tOFF < 145 ns
- TTL-/CMOS-compatible
- Plug-in replacement for DG411
Operating Principle:
- Digital Control Logic determines the ON/OFF state of each switch.
- Analog Signal passes between Sx and Dx only when ON.
- Bidirectional Path ensures signals can flow either way with minimal distortion.
- Isolation between OFF channels minimizes crosstalk and leakage.
Applications:
- Analog and digital signal multiplexing/demultiplexing
- Audio and video routing
- Sample-and-hold circuits
- Data acquisition systems
- Precision instrumentation
- Test and measurement equipment
- Automatic test systems (ATE)
- Communication systems
- Industrial control and automation
