ADG512 LC2MOS Precision 5V 3V Quad SPST Switches IC SMD Package

The ADG512 is a low-voltage, precision quad SPST (Single-Pole, Single-Throw) analog switch IC manufactured by Analog Devices, built using advanced LC²MOS (Low Charge Injection CMOS) technology. It is optimized for 3V and 5V single-supply operation, offering low on-resistance, low leakage, fast switching speed, and excellent signal integrity.

Each switch in the ADG512 conducts analog or digital signals in both directions when ON and provides high isolation when OFF. All four switches are normally open (NO) and controlled independently by TTL/CMOS-compatible logic inputs, making them ideal for portable, battery-powered, and mixed-signal systems.

With its wide signal range (0 to VDD), low power dissipation, and superior linearity, the ADG512 is well suited for data acquisition, audio/video routing, sensor interfacing, and precision instrumentation applications.
