ATMEGA8515 Microcontroller
The ATmega8515 is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller developed by Atmel (now Microchip Technology). It belongs to the ATmega family and is designed for high-performance embedded control applications.
The device uses Harvard architecture with a RISC instruction set, allowing most instructions to execute in a single clock cycle. The ATmega8515 integrates Flash program memory, SRAM, EEPROM, digital I/O ports, timers, ADC (external), and serial communication interfaces on a single chip, making it suitable for industrial and automation projects.
