ATtiny13A 8 Bit AVR Microcontroller SMD SOP 8 Package
The ATtiny13A is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller developed by Atmel (now Microchip Technology). It belongs to the ATtiny family, which focuses on low-power, low-cost, and compact embedded solutions.
The microcontroller uses Harvard architecture with a RISC instruction set, enabling most instructions to execute in a single clock cycle. Despite its very small SOP-8 surface-mount package, the ATtiny13A integrates Flash memory, SRAM, EEPROM, timers, ADC, PWM, and GPIO, making it suitable for simple control and sensing applications where space is limited.
