BDX54C PNP Power Darlington Transistor 100V 8A TO-220 Package
The BDX54C is a high-gain PNP Darlington power transistor designed for medium-to-high power switching and amplification applications. With a collector-emitter voltage rating of 100V and a collector current of up to 8A, it delivers excellent current gain, low saturation voltage, and stable thermal characteristics.
Encased in a TO-220 package, the BDX54C ensures efficient heat dissipation and reliable performance under demanding load conditions. Its Darlington configuration provides very high current amplification, enabling it to drive heavy loads using a small base current.
