BYV95C Diode Fast Recovery Rectifier Diode
The BYV95C is a high-speed fast recovery rectifier diode designed for efficient rectification in high-frequency switching applications. With a reverse voltage rating around 600V and forward current capability of 1A, it is suitable for power supplies, DC–DC converters, snubber networks, and general high-speed rectification tasks.
Its fast reverse recovery time greatly reduces switching losses, making it ideal for modern high-efficiency power electronics. Packaged in a standard DO-41 axial lead package, it is easy to integrate into PCBs and prototype circuits.
