CD4093 Quad 2 Input NAND Schmitt Trigger IC SMD Package 

The CD4093 is a CMOS logic IC that contains four independent 2-input NAND gates with Schmitt trigger inputs in a compact surface-mount (SMD) package. The Schmitt trigger action gives each gate hysteresis, which greatly improves noise immunity and allows clean switching with slowly changing input signals. This makes the CD4093 ideal for debouncing, waveform shaping, oscillators, and general logic control in digital and mixed-signal systems.
