H11AA1 Transistor Output Optocoupler IC DIP 6 Package
The H11AA1 is an AC-input transistor optocoupler designed especially for detecting AC mains voltage and providing electrical isolation between high-voltage AC lines and low-voltage logic circuits.
It contains two anti-parallel input LEDs, allowing it to sense both half-cycles of AC signals, and a phototransistor output that delivers a logic-level signal corresponding to the AC voltage presence.
This makes it ideal for zero-cross detection, AC line monitoring, and microcontroller-based AC power control.
