The HCPL-3150 / A3150 is a high-performance IGBT and MOSFET gate drive optocoupler designed to provide safe, isolated gate-control signals in high-voltage power electronics.
It integrates a high-speed LED and a high-gain detector, enabling fast, noise-immune switching of power transistors.
With a 2.5A peak output current, the HCPL-3150 can directly drive the gate of medium-to-high power IGBTs and MOSFETs without additional buffering.
Its high CMR (Common-Mode Rejection) makes it ideal for harsh environments such as motor drives and industrial inverters.
The SMD package supports compact PCB layouts and high-volume automated production.
