P80C51 Microcontroller 8 Bit 40 Pin
The P80C51 is an 8-bit microcontroller originally manufactured by Philips (now NXP Semiconductors). It is a classic member of the 8051 microcontroller family and is instruction-set compatible with the standard Intel 8051.
The P80C51 is based on Harvard architecture and uses an 8-bit CPU optimized for control-oriented embedded applications. Unlike later versions, the P80C51 typically does not include on-chip program ROM, requiring external program memory, which makes it suitable for learning the external memory interfacing of the 8051 family.
