The MB10S is a miniature surface-mount bridge rectifier IC designed for low-power AC to DC conversion in compact electronic circuits. It integrates four high-efficiency silicon diodes in a single SMD package, allowing it to convert AC input voltage to a stable DC output efficiently and reliably.
With a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V and an average forward current of 0.5A, the MB10S provides excellent performance in signal rectification, power supplies, battery chargers, and adapters. Its low forward voltage drop and high surge current capability enhance efficiency and reliability, while the molded epoxy package offers excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength.
This pack includes 5 pieces of MB10S rectifier ICs, making it convenient for multiple designs, repairs, or small-scale production.
