The A7 1N4007 SMD Rectifier Diode is a compact surface-mount version of the popular 1N4007 silicon rectifier diode. Packaged in the SOD-123FL footprint, it offers the same functionality as the standard DO-41 1N4007 but in a smaller footprint suitable for high-density PCBs.
This diode supports 1A continuous forward current, 100V reverse voltage, and is ideal for low-frequency rectification, reverse polarity protection, and general-purpose power conversion.
