PC123 Optocoupler IC
The PC123 is a widely used phototransistor output optocoupler designed to provide reliable electrical isolation between input and output circuits.
It consists of an infrared LED and a phototransistor, encapsulated in a 4-pin plastic DIP package.
With its high isolation voltage and stable CTR (Current Transfer Ratio), the PC123 is commonly used in signal isolation, switching, and interfacing between low-voltage logic circuits and higher-voltage or noisy environments.
It is especially popular in consumer electronics, SMPS, microcontroller interfaces, and industrial control systems.
