PIC16C54 Microcontroller
The PIC16C54 is an 8-bit microcontroller developed by Microchip Technology, part of the PIC16C family. The “C” indicates it uses OTP (One-Time Programmable) or EPROM program memory, unlike modern Flash-based PIC16F devices.
It uses Harvard architecture with a RISC instruction set, allowing most instructions to execute in a single instruction cycle. The PIC16C54 is designed for very simple embedded applications that require minimal memory and peripheral functions.
