PIC16C57 Microcontroller
The PIC16C57 is an 8-bit microcontroller developed by Microchip Technology. It belongs to the PIC16C family, where the letter “C” indicates OTP (One-Time Programmable) or EPROM-based program memory, rather than Flash memory.
It is based on Harvard architecture and uses a RISC instruction set, allowing most instructions to execute in a single instruction cycle. The PIC16C57 is designed for very low-cost and simple embedded control applications.
