The RHRP15120 is a 15A, 1200V Hyperfast Recovery Diode designed for high-performance switching and power conversion applications. Engineered with ultrafast recovery technology, it offers a very short reverse recovery time (typically ~35ns), minimizing switching losses and improving overall efficiency in high-frequency circuits.
