The TC4427 is a dual, high-speed, complementary MOSFET driver IC designed to provide high current drive capability (1.5A source and sink) for efficient and fast switching of power MOSFETs and IGBTs. Manufactured by Microchip Technology, it offers low propagation delay, high noise immunity, and wide input voltage compatibility, making it an excellent choice for modern power conversion and motor control applications.

Each of the two channels operates independently and can drive separate MOSFETs or work together in push-pull configurations. The TC4427’s robust design, low output impedance, and wide operating voltage range (4.5V – 18V) ensure reliable operation in demanding high-speed switching environments.
