The TD62783 is an 8-channel high-voltage source driver IC designed to drive loads such as LEDs, lamps, relays, and other inductive or resistive devices from logic-level control signals. Each channel consists of a PNP Darlington transistor pair capable of sourcing up to 500mA per output, withstanding voltages up to 50V.
Optimized for direct interfacing with TTL or CMOS logic, the TD62783 provides efficient high-side driving with fast response and minimal power loss. Integrated clamp diodes offer protection against inductive load transients, ensuring reliable and safe operation. Packaged in a compact SMD (SOP-18) form, it supports space-saving PCB layouts in both industrial and consumer electronics.
