TLP281-4 Toshiba Transistor Output Optocoupler SMD SOIC 16 Package
The TLP281-4 is a compact quad-channel optocoupler designed by Toshiba, integrating four infrared LEDs and four phototransistor output stages inside a single SOIC-16 SMD package.
It provides galvanic isolation between input and output circuits, protecting sensitive electronics from high voltages, electrical noise, and ground potential differences.
With its low input current requirement, wide Current Transfer Ratio (CTR), and stable performance over temperature, the TLP281-4 is well suited for digital interfaces, microcontroller isolation, switching circuits, and general-purpose signal coupling.
Its SMD design makes it ideal for compact, high-density PCB designs used in consumer electronics and industrial control systems.
