The TLP350 is a high-speed, high-current optocoupler gate driver IC designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in medium- to high-power applications.
It provides optical isolation between the low-voltage control side (such as microcontrollers or PWM controllers) and the high-voltage power switching stage.

The TLP350 features a 2.5A peak output current, enabling it to drive large MOSFET/IGBT gates efficiently at high switching speeds.
It is ideal for use in inverters, motor drives, SMPS, and power converters, offering high immunity to noise and electrical transients due to its built-in optical isolation.
