The UC3706 is dual high-speed MOSFET driver IC designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs and other capacitive loads with high efficiency and precision. It provides two independent output channels, each capable of ±1.5A peak current, making it ideal for applications requiring fast switching and strong gate drive capability.

Operating from a wide supply voltage range (4.5V to 20V), the UC3706 ensures compatibility with both low-voltage logic systems and high-side gate drive applications.
