If you received defective, damaged, broken, or missing products, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, otherwise we will not consider any return or refund claims.
If Product is not working, contact us with the testing proof of the product received from us, without testing proof no return or refund claims will be entertained.
If reverse pickup has been arranged for defective/damaged products, refunds or replacements can be initiated after receiving the products back.
We will refund the full amount to your account or card within two working days if an order is cancelled by us for any reason.
If an order is failed or cancelled and money is deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded to your card or account, whichever is applicable.
If order is prepaid and customer did not accept or Reject the courier then Delivery charge, return charge and packing charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and rest of the amount will be refunded back after evaluating the issue.
If the shipment/parcel returned to us due to customer mentioned wrong address, wrong contact number, wrong pincode or any reasons, we will deduct both side courier charges in the refund amount.
If the customer wants to cancel the order, a 4% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
The customer needs to submit a video proof of the parcel unboxing to claim the damaged products delivered. We need to submit the video proof to the courier company to claim the damage.
No refund or replacement is available for Chinese products, modules, or batteries.
