- For non-metro cities and the rest of India, online payment is the most effective method of payment.
- Free Delivery on all orders Above 999/- (Excluding Tax).
- Our products are shipped all over India.
- Free Delivery is not eligible for Cash on Delivery orders.
- We ship through reputed courier companies to ensure safe and fast delivery.
- Delivery can take 2-5 working days for metro cities and 4-10 working days for rest of the India.
- If Product is in stock, we dispatch the product with in 48 hours of your order otherwise we will inform you by mail about availability of the product with in 2 days.
- Once the material is shipped, the order will not be cancelled.
- Any delay caused by courier company or India post is not our responsibility.
- Shipping charges are extra that depends on weight and quantity of product and comes automatically when you purchase a product.
- If total order value is below 200, then we will dispatch through Indian post only.
- For reverse Pickup, Shipping Label of courier will be sent to customer email id and Label should be pasted on the box with original packing.
- If courier partners not available we will ship by speed post, cash on delivery order are not eligible for speed post shipping.
- Please ensure that you give the delivery OTP to the delivery agent only after collecting the parcel.
- If customer refuse or not accept the delivery then order will return to our warehouse. When the order is dispatched from the warehouse and returned, Delivery charge, return charge and packing charges will be deduct in the refund amount.
