The FAN7392 is a high-performance high-side and low-side gate driver IC designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge and full-bridge power converter and motor drive applications. It provides robust gate drive capability with fast switching characteristics, making it suitable for high-frequency and high-power systems.
