FAN7392 High and Low Side Gate Drive IC DIP 14 Package
The FAN7392 is a high-performance high-side and low-side gate driver IC designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge and full-bridge power converter and motor drive applications.
