MC34152P MC34152 High Speed Dual Mosfet Driver IC DIP 8 Package
The MC34152P (MC34152) is a high-speed dual MOSFET driver IC designed to efficiently drive N-channel and P-channel power MOSFETs in high-frequency switching applications. It integrates two independent driver channels capable of sourcing and sinking high peak currents, allowing fast charging and discharging of MOSFET gate capacitances.
