DG408D Improved 8 Channel Dual 4 Channel CMOS Analog Multiplexer IC
The DG408 series is a high-performance CMOS analog multiplexer, offered in both 8-channel single-ended mode and dual 4-channel mode. It is designed to route analog signals (or digital) with low on-resistance, low charge injection, wide supply-voltage range, and TTL/CMOS logic compatibility.
Designed using improved CMOS technology, the DG408D exhibits excellent channel matching and on-resistance flatness, resulting in accurate, repeatable performance across all channels. This makes it suitable for multiplexing both DC and AC analog signals up to the supply voltage limits.
The DG408D integrates eight precision analog switches controlled by a 3-bit binary address and an enable input. Each switch conducts equally in both directions, offering true bilateral signal conduction. When the enable pin is active, all channels are disconnected, providing complete isolation.
