DG508 CMOS Analog Multiplexer IC

The DG508 is a high-performance CMOS analog multiplexer that enables 8-to-1 channel selection for both analog and digital signal routing. Designed with low ON-resistance, wide analog voltage range, and low charge injection, it ensures precise signal control and excellent linearity across all channels.

This device allows a single output (or input) to connect to one of eight analog signal lines, making it ideal for systems requiring multiple input signal management under digital control. Its low power consumption and high switching accuracy make it a popular choice for data acquisition, test systems, and instrumentation applications.

The DG508 operates as an 8-to-1 multiplexer, where one of eight input channels (X0–X7) is connected to the output (X) based on a 3-bit binary address. An enable (EN) input allows all channels to be disconnected when not in use. The internal analog switches are designed for bilateral signal conduction, allowing signals to pass equally in both directions.

Fabricated with advanced CMOS technology, the DG508 offers low power dissipation, excellent switching precision, and stable performance over temperature, making it suitable for both AC and DC signal applications.
