The IR2104 is a high-voltage half-bridge gate driver IC designed to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge configurations. It integrates a high-side and a low-side driver in a single device, providing reliable and efficient control for high-power switching applications.
The IC uses a bootstrap technique to power the high-side driver and includes built-in protection features such as undervoltage lockout (UVLO) for both high- and low-side supplies.
