APCL-W314 Optocoupler IC.
The APCL-W314 (also written as ACPL-W314) is a high-speed optically isolated IGBT / MOSFET gate driver optocoupler IC designed for power electronics applications. It provides safe electrical isolation between a low-voltage control circuit and a high-voltage power stage.
This device uses an internal GaAsP LED and optical detector to transfer control signals while maintaining excellent isolation and noise immunity. It also features a powerful output stage capable of directly driving IGBT and power MOSFET gates.
The APCL-W314 is specially designed for use in environments with high voltage transients and fast switching, making it ideal for motor drives, inverters, and switching power supplies.
