The TLP350 is a high-performance optically isolated gate driver IC designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in medium- to high-power switching applications. It integrates a high-speed optical isolator with a powerful totem-pole output stage, capable of delivering up to ±2A peak gate drive current, ensuring fast switching and reduced switching losses.

The device uses a high-efficiency infrared LED and a high-gain photodetector IC, providing excellent electrical isolation between input logic and high-voltage power stages up to 2500 Vrms. Its fast propagation delay, good noise immunity, and CMR performance make it ideal for industrial motor drives, SMPS, UPS systems, and inverter circuits.
