The 74HC151 (also known as 74151) is a high-speed 8-to-1 data selector/multiplexer IC from the 74HC high-speed CMOS logic family. It allows the user to select one of eight input data lines (D0–D7) and route it to a single output line (Y) based on a 3-bit binary address (A, B, C).
This IC features both true (Y) and complement (W) outputs, making it suitable for applications requiring signal inversion or dual-output logic. The device includes active LOW enable (E) input, allowing easy cascading and control in larger logic systems.
