74HC273 Octal D Type Flip Flop with Reset IC (74273) DIP 20 Package
The 74HC273 (also known as 74273) is a high-speed CMOS Octal D-Type Flip-Flop featuring a common clock and an asynchronous master reset. It consists of eight edge-triggered D flip-flops, each with an individual data (D) input and a Q output, all sharing a common clock (CP) and reset (MR) input.
Data at the D inputs are transferred to the Q outputs on the rising edge of the clock pulse, providing precise synchronization and reliable data storage in digital systems. The master reset (MR) input overrides all other inputs and clears all outputs (Q = LOW) when active, regardless of the clock state.
Designed using advanced CMOS technology, the 74HC273 offers high-speed performance, low power consumption, and excellent noise immunity, while maintaining full TTL compatibility.
