The 74LS02 is a Quad 2-Input NOR Gate IC from the 74LS (Low Power Schottky TTL) logic family.
It contains four independent NOR gates, each with two inputs, and performs the logical NOR function — the output is HIGH only when both inputs are LOW, otherwise the output is LOW.

Functional Description
Each of the four NOR gates operates independently.
- The output goes HIGH only if both inputs are LOW.
- If any input is HIGH, the output becomes LOW.
- By interconnecting multiple gates, you can create AND, OR, NOT, NAND, or XOR logic functions.
- A single NOR gate can also act as a NOT gate if both its inputs are tied together.
