ATtiny85 IC 8 Bit AVR Microcontroller IC SMD Package
The ATtiny85 is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller manufactured by Atmel (now Microchip Technology). It belongs to the ATtiny family, which is designed for small, low-power, and low-cost embedded applications.
The ATtiny85 uses a Harvard architecture and a RISC instruction set, allowing most instructions to execute in a single clock cycle. It integrates Flash program memory, SRAM, EEPROM, GPIO pins, timers, ADC, and communication interfaces on a single chip.
The SMD package (such as SOIC-8 or VQFN) makes it ideal for compact PCB designs and surface-mount technology, commonly used in modern electronics.
