BD138 PNP Bipolar Medium Power Transistor 60V 1.5A TO-126 Package
The BD138 is a PNP silicon transistor designed for medium-power amplification and switching applications. With a collector-emitter voltage of 60V and a collector current capacity of up to 1.5A, this transistor provides excellent performance, thermal stability, and low saturation voltage.
Encased in a TO-126 package, the BD138 offers efficient heat dissipation and reliable operation in a wide range of electronic circuits. It’s commonly used in audio amplifier stages, voltage regulators, and motor drivers. When paired with the BD137 (NPN) or BD139 (NPN), it forms an ideal complementary configuration for push-pull amplifier designs and power control circuits.
